We are specialized in manufacturing wear parts for concrete pumps, mainly including wear plate, cutting ring and s-tube/ pipe. The wear resistant tungsten carbide wear plates and rings, S-tubes and adaptable jackets, etc. for concrete transport pumps developed and manufactured by our company have reached the advanced level of similar products in China and abroad in performances versus prices after they are tested and used by customers. They can withstand various complicated and tough construction conditions and it is incomparable for any other wear resistant product in China.
Quality:
Pumping capacity that can be assured:
1. Normal tungsten carbide: 30, 000 cubic meters for the wear plate and 15, 000 cubic meters for the cutting ring
2. 7 Shape Tungsten carbide: 100, 000 cubic meters for the wear plate and 50, 000 cubic meters for the wear ring
3. 50, 000 cubic meters for the s-tube
Main clients and markets:
In the past 8 years, HengTai has supplied more than 10, 000 sets of wear resistant tungsten carbide wear plates and cutting rings to around 60 enterprises that manufacture concrete transport pumps, such as Sany Heavy Industry Company Ltd., Zhonglian Heavy Industry, Xuzhou Industrial Machinery Group, Sandong Fangyuan Group Co., Ltd, Schwing, Putzmeister, etc. They have won good appraisal from the customers in their actual applications.
Overseas markets: USA, South Korea, Jordan, Malaysia, Australia, India and Singapore etc.
